Team Performance Training
Sport specific practices are not enough to win championships. Athletes most also develop their movement skills such as speed, quickness, agility, strength, power and flexibility to be successful at any level.
Team Performance Training Matt has been responsible for the implantation of sports performance programs for many high schools, college teams, and club organizations for all types sports. Team training will include a functional strength training program, on-field/on-court speed, agility, and plyometic training, along with a nutrition program. Prior to beginning a team-training program, Matt will meet with the coaches, parents and athletes to determine what the specific needs are for the team. Training will focus on sport specific strength, speed, agility, and flexibility.
Team Performance Training Team training is very affordable per athlete, and many times ASAP Performance Training will contribute to team fundraising. Team training sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes in length depending on the number of training days per week and time allowed for training by the team. Team Training is held at a facility provided by the team or can be prearranged for a different location.
