Whether you’re looking to tone up, lose inches, gain muscle mass, or just
improve your overall health Matt is committed to providing the optimal
training strategies to meet your goals. Clients come to Matt for a variety
of reasons:

Personal Training can be done one on one, with partner, or even with a
group of friends or coworkers. Training sessions are held at the clients
house, local park, or facility provided by the client. Training outdoors
allows for a variety of exercises and equipment to be incorporated into
the routine, also it’s a great way to get out of the house/office for the
day. Training sessions are 60 minutes in length. The cost for Personal
Training varies depending on the number of training sessions per week and
the number of individuals training during a given session.
