Group Performance Training
Group Performance Training is a great training option for teammates or
friends with similar performance goals. Group Training will meet your
sport specific goals by focusing on sport specific strength, speed, agility,
and flexibility.
Training sessions have the option of being either 60 or 90
minutes in length. Price for group training depends on the number of
athletes attending each training session.
Training takes place at local parks, schools, or a facility provided by the athletes.
